Exhale Project Days give you dedicated creative support for one clearly defined project.
I'll bring my experience, creativity, and attention to detail to the work, so you can feel good about handing something over and giving yourself a little room to breathe.

- Website updates: Refreshing a page, refining layouts, or making selected content and design improvements.
- Marketing materials: Creating or refining a presentation, brochure, lead magnet, or branded resource.

- Brand and visual communications: Creating thoughtfully designed assets that support an established brand.

These are examples rather than guaranteed deliverables. We'll look at what you have in mind and decide together what can reasonably fit within a project day.

Once we've agreed on the scope and you've shared the materials needed, we'll reserve focused time to work on your project.
I'll bring thoughtful attention to the creative decisions, details, and practical considerations involved.
02. Dedicated day for your project
You'll receive the agreed work, along with any relevant notes or recommendations.
We'll also identify anything that might be worth exploring separately, so you have a clear understanding of what's complete and what could come next.

What's included:
- An initial review to confirm a clearly defined scope and intended deliverable.
- Up to six hours of dedicated project time, including preparation, creative work, quality checks, and handoff.
- Experienced creative and practical judgment as the work develops.
- Delivery of the agreed project, with any review or refinements defined in advance.
- A concise handoff with relevant notes or recommendations, when useful.
What if I'm still figuring out the direction?
That's a perfectly good place to be.
Exhale works best when the overall direction is already established and there's a specific piece of work ready for focused attention.
If you're still exploring what to create, refining the bigger-picture strategy, or considering several possible directions, The Clearing may be a more valuable starting point.
And if we've worked together before and already have a clear direction, there's no need to repeat a strategy session simply to move a defined project forward.
Is the Exhale Project Day a Good Fit?
Exhale may be a lovely fit if you have something specific you'd like to create, improve, or finish, and would appreciate having an experienced creative partner take care of it.
It's particularly suited to work that has a clear focus and can be thoughtfully completed within a reserved block of time.

How much can we accomplish in one project day?
Every project is a little different. Exhale includes up to six hours of focused work, plus preparation and handoff, so what we can complete depends on the nature and complexity of the project. We'll confirm the deliverables before booking so you know what to expect.
Ready to take something off your plate?
What if my project needs more than one day?
We can consider additional project days, divide the work into phases, or create a custom proposal if that makes more sense. You'll know the recommended approach and investment before we begin.
Can we add something else if there's time?
We'll focus on the deliverables we've agreed upon. If another idea comes up, we can consider whether it fits within the available time or would be better handled separately. That helps protect the quality and care given to the original project.
Will you help me make creative decisions along the way?
Yes. Thoughtful creative judgment is part of the work. While it helps to have a brand guide (something I can also create for you), I'll make considered decisions within our agreed direction and scope.
Do I need to book a clearing session first?
Not necessarily. If you already have a clear direction and we can confidently define the work, we may be able to begin with Exhale. If important strategic decisions still need attention, I'll recommend an appropriate discovery process before implementation.
